Stride Tardy Plan

Students will be at school from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm.

1. If a student is late, the time will be made up. For example, if the student shows up at 8:25 am, they must stay until 2:55 pm.
   1. If the student fails to stay or does not make arrangements to make up this time, a referral will be sent to the office. 
   2. The most a student will be required to stay is 50 minutes. If the student shows up past 8:50 am, he/she will stay the 50 minutes, and will be recorded as an unverified absence for the morning session. This will then move them closer to a truancy referral. 
   3. If a student fails to serve the extra time, he/she will not be eligible for Friday’s off and may be suspended to Juvenile Services.
